Rotex clubs can now complete the voting registration form for the upcoming RXI board elections. Rotex clubs that are registered in the Rotex International Club Directory are eligible to vote.
Each club must register one Rotex to vote on its behalf. This Rotex does not need to be a member of the Rotex club. One representative can vote on behalf of no more than one club. The representative must be from the same country as the Rotex club. The registered Rotex representative must be present at the Rotex International general meeting on Saturday, August 6 to submit their club’s ballot.
Rotex clubs can register to vote until Saturday, August 6 around 3:00 PM CEST. The elections will take place approximately between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM CEST.
